Travel Expo
I went to SMX Convention Center yesterday to check the Travel Expo for the first time. I heard so much about their cheap deals during the last exhibition. The place is really full of participants trying to get good rates. I took a lot of offers home as I cannot really decide on the day itself.
The main reason I went there is to look for super duper great deals for Hongkong with Disneyland for my kids. They have been telling me that they want to look at Disneyland. It is for this reason that I am in the blogosphere to earn some moolah.
After SMX, we ate dinner at the seaside – paluto system. Have to post that at House of Maria in a while.
Tips on Safe Travel
In less tha 2 months, its going to be summer vacation for our kids and its the best time to travel around the provinces or abroad. I suggest to travel within the Philippines as there are a bunch of tourist attraction that are not really advertised and yet offers a better alternative than the places we’ve known. My friend travelled with his family to as far as Banaue Rice Terraces using their Acura TL.
Another suggestion I could give is to visit Pagudpud. I visited that place once before way back 2000 and immediately fall in love with the place because of its untouch beauty, the beaches are great too. On the way there, you’ll see the green side of the country. I am sure, the kids or even the kids at heart will also love the place.
But I suggest that prior to going on a long trip, the car needs to be check for brake job. Its the easiest to do and yet the most important aspect of the car. You also have to check if you need oil change. But if you are too busy to do it yourself, you can also just bring your car to a shop like Houston auto repair and let them handle everything from A to Z.
While waiting for them to repair, you could start packing and planning your itinerary.
Invitation Letter
Yesterday I received the invitation letter from our Korean supplier. This will be my third visit for Seoul in the span of 6 months. We have been in daily correspondence with him but it just that we can sense some funny things from him that we always visit and must be present during the the actual loading of containers. As the old adage says, better be safe than sorry.
Anyway, back to our visa application, we are currently preparing for the usual stuff, of course including the Invitation letter. The rest are all company related documents.
Java Jazz of Tagaytay
Tagaytay is almost the first in the list when we want to take a rest from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its the closest to Manila and yet offers an array of outdoor activities. Not to mention, the place offers a spectacular view of the Taal Volcano.
Anyway, the last time I went to Tagaytay was in December 2010 and as expected, dropped by again at Java Jazz to have a cheap and quick lunch.
This place also offers a cheap accommodation but I dont know homw much and cant say about it as I have not seen it myself but if you are in for just a night or just for sleeping – then this place is for you.
Price per meal here is Php 99.00, its cheap and yummy!
If you wish to visit Tagaytay, drop by Java Jazz and try their kapeng barako.
