Rain, rain go away. Come again another day. Don’t we all wish for such whenever we are stuck at home when heavy rains pour? But for how long? Today is the start of a long rainy weekend holiday, it is proclaimed by the government that Monday and Tuesday as a public holiday. While others are happy to stay at home, I have to travel to Bukidnon to attend to some important court hearing.

My mom is quite excited for my short trip and is already planning for a series of activities. But I have to priority on my work so lets how it goes! Whilst in Cagayan de Oro, I have to meet another friend who has a recruitment agency for Emergency Medical Technician Jobs. Its like hitting 3 birds in one stone, 3 jobs in one visit! I love long weekends!

More and more Filipinos are seeking greener pastures outside the country. Whether right or wrong, maybe, but I cannot see my family living outside the country. I am sure they can easily adapt to the new environment, new friends and new culture. I am not closing doors, as we don’t know what the future will bring us, at least we are ready should life becomes harder here. A friend of mine is already in Canada and happy in their new place. She invited me to visit them next year and mentioned that there are Cochrane apartments for rent.

Lets play cowboys and cowgirls! I heard these from my kids while they were playing one day. For children who grow up in the city, living in the countryside with ranches and animals is an adventure!

Thus a visit to Cochrane, Alberta will be a joy to them! They love to play cowboys and cowgirl at home.

Christmas is just around the corner. Aside from preparations for gift giving, I am checking now for our upcoming Christmas holidays with the family. Cebu Pacific offers the lowest rate but with 6 traveling parties, it too costly. Thus I am waiting for “piso fare” from other airlines.

I will try to avail of a payday advance loan to finance the tickets from Manila to Dumaguete and probably use our savings for the tickets for Cagayan de Oro to Cagayan de Oro boat ride and flight back to Manila from Cagayan de Oro.

France is known to be the most romantic place on earth that when you search on the net, the country’s synonym is romance. It is rich in history, culture and scenic beauty. I might want to look for French classes from a list of online colleges to learn more French before we go there. It would be great to know the language.

My hubby can attest to this statement as he already visited Paris a few years ago. I have been to Europe but not in France yet, thus consider this as my top wish list dream destination.
